The Quest for the Holy Grail The Quest is a cryptic journey to find the Holy Grail. It is based on a cunning mix of craft and chance. Each player follows their own path through a land of magic, mystery, good luck and danger. On their journey, they encounter beings from the doomed to the divine, facing both help and hindrance along the way. This game is suitable for ages eight and over, six players and it can run for approximately 1–3 hours.
OBJECTIVE The Holy Grail is the mythical chalice that grants you eternal life when you drink from it. For centuries, brave knights and explorers have sought it out. The objective of the game is to be the first adventurer to reach the Vault with the correct items to attain the Holy Grail.
HOW TO WIN The winner is the first one to possess the Holy Grail and be granted eternal life. There are many paths to the destination, which you must find. Each player must make their own choices to achieve their quest. There are many stumbling blocks, but if their quest is true, the cryptic clues will guide them. To reach the Holy Grail, each player needs five different keys to unlock the vault. To get to the vault the player must cross a bridge, where a troll demands $150,000 to pass. The player cannot pass unless they have the money. The bridge is hidden somewhere that only the High Priest knows. The High Priest will ask a player for a scroll, for without it, he will not let the player through. Your quest is to stay alive and find the five keys and the scroll. Be frugal with your money and obtain the Holy Grail. Remember, not all creatures are kind. A hint: beware of the dangers and prepare for the unknown. Don’t be afraid of other players gaining, because in this game, Lady Luck is always shining. You will not know what’s around the corner. Remember: good-luck, bad-luck … Hmmm!
